Should you take a lateral move?

It’s a toughie, right?

On the one hand, you might be worried you’ll get bored. You might be worried employers will hold it against you. You might be annoyed it’s for the same (or maybe even a bit less) money. You might be frustrated the job title isn’t what you were hoping for.

You might be worried you’re derailing your entire career and it will have a long-lasting impact on your entire future.
